Protect Women

Abortion is a brutal industry. It is very easy for a women seeking an abortion to be mistreated, swindled, or abused.  Because of that, tough abortion center regulations are necessary. They are probably the most effective way of protecting women who seek an abortion. I wish we did infinitely more to support these women, but for the most part they, and their babies, are treated as objects. Recently a Fairfax abortion facility was closed due to numerous health and safety violations. Women deserve better.

Please understand, abortion does not take a sick person and make her well. It takes a normal person and almost always causes her physical and/or emotional pain.  When will that end? Not soon enough for me. When will we help these women and do more to educate our state (and country, and world) about the dignity of the human race, the reality of when human life starts, and how sex is not meant as a way to fulfill a selfish urge, but as a way to bring two people together to mutually fulfill a natural desire with the possibility of new life being created? Again, not soon enough for me. Until then, and as long as society fools itself into thinking abortion is healthcare, we need the toughest regulations possible.
