This bill is UNFAIR and attempts to create a monopoly for only one sanctioning body to exist in the state.  For somone to pretend that the GCA is the only sanctioning organization that has credentialed and experienced referees and officials is absolutely ridiculious.   I do not know of a single negative report to the DPOR of any fighters being injured due to neglegence in events that were sanctioned by the other two state approved sanctioning bodies (VCSS or UCA).  So this argument of improving "fighter safety" DOES NOT HOLD WATER.

Wake up, this is nothing more than an attempt to corner the market on the business of amateur MMA sanctioning. If a normal everyday citizen like myself can see through this bill...I am certain that seasoned politicians elected to serve the best interests of the people in the commonwealth will be able to, as well.
