Subject:  Comment period for the following:  Pursuant to Executive Order 17 (2014) and §§ 2.2-4007.1 and 2.2-4017 of the Code of Virginia, the Auctioneers Board is conducting a periodic review and small business impact review of VAC citation: 18 VAC 25--21, title of regulation: Rules and Regulations of the Virginia Auctioneers Board.

This is formal request to extend the comment period for the periodic review of the Rules and Regulations of the VA Auctioneers Board for 30 days.

The VA Auctioneers Association Annual Meeting will be held in Roaonke Jan. 8 - 9 of 2016. We request that the comment period be extended 30 days to provide persons of interest the opportunity to discuss and provide comments in response to this request for comments.
