Concern with the Report Card.
The proposed language poses a challenge for those EEPs offered through diverse program structures.
The title “Report Card” strongly implies that programs will be graded/rated against other IHEs.
Strongly suggest that EEP data submitted through the state biennially and that required for CAEP, serve as the basis of data used in the Report Card. There should be no need for redundant or additional data collection.
Strongly suggest that qualifying statements from the IHE be allowed (and noted on the report card) if any data are challenging or unavailable.
Clarification needed to address ambiguity of 80VAC20-543-70.14 “other data as required by the Board of Education”; request that a timeframe be provided.
Clarification needed so that consistent definitions and levels of data are collected, if to be used comparably
Concern with the validity of the data
