Virginians for amending regulations to keep Women's Health Centers Open with access to Abortion

We support the Virginia Board of Health's decision to amend the current regulations on women's health centers to ensure that women's clinics remain open with access to abortions.

In zoning and building regulations, it is usual to grandfather existing structures. Why women health centers are so fled out and this not done for my Denist, my colon doctor and pastiche surgeons...of course, all health professions should be regulated for safety. These restrictions are not medically necessary for patients' safety. Medically unnecessary mandates such as these regulations jeopardize women's health by making it more difficult for women to access safe and legal abortion, along with the other necessary health care services these centers provide. Keep medically safe access to abortion because facts are some women who did not plan to be pregnant will risk their lives to not be pregnant. Support women's constitutional right to full health care including abortion. Remove the medically unneeded barriers for the public health and welfare of women and their families. Thank you for your service  to theCommonwealth of Virginia.
