The current regulations were crafted to serve a political and religious agenda; the Board of Medicine should never fall to pressures of that nature.  Regulate abortion clinics, but the regulations should be based on sound medical facts and scientific evidence. It was a dark day when the Board of Medicine adopted the current regulations.
