Thank you for your important service to residents throughout the State as a member of the Virginia Board of Health. I am writing to ask you to please maintain the existing safety and health requirements for abortion clinics to ensure that women of Virginia get the same quality of care as others in outpatient surgical clinics throughout the State. Help keep Virginia a state that sets standards of excellence as an example to other states, rather than lowering the bar for safety and health provisions.
