To the Virginia Board of Health:

As a Virginia resident and voter, I support any effort to repeal Virginia's TRAP laws. I am not aware of a single incident where the width of a hallway was a causal factor in the death or injury of a patient in an ambulatory surgical care center. Architectural regulations imposed on abortion clinics only, which practice only one form of surgery, are designed not for patient safety, but solely to deny women access to safe and legal abortion.
