While my prayer is that support and other services would prevent the need or even consideration of an abortion by anyone, it only makes sense that any and all medical procedures in this modern country should be done with the highest medical standards possible. As long as abortions are to be done I support the Regulations for the Licensure of Abortion Facilities (12 VAC 5-412)
