Maintain Hospital Standards for Abortion Clinics

Relaxing the requirements on abortion clinics is very dangerous. Already children are allowed to go to clinics to receive an abortion without their parent's knowledge and approval. I understand that relaxing the requirements will make it easier for clinics to open and may also reduce the cost of the procedure. Unfortunately, this comes at a cost that the facility may not be as clean as it should be, the medical provider may not be as skilled, or the facility may be less capable of handling an emergency in the event complications arise. An abortion is a medical procedure that may have serious complications. The patients need to be sure that they are getting clean, quality care for high quality medical providers.
