Unsterilized equipment, untrained staff, violation of parental consent laws, lack of reporting possible cases of child sex abuse and 400 other violations. These violations reveal serious need for health and safety standards of facilities to protect women and young girls.McAuliffe supports this industry in spite of these violations.
