I encourage and beg the Board of Health to maintain and strengthen the current regulations on all Virginia abortion facilities. Why in the world should they not have the same standards for health, safety and parental consent that all decent medical facilities are required to have"Please use your authority to protect women and respect their rights to quality health care.
