There is no reason to require lower standards for a surgical D and C outpatient clinic than any other outpatient surgery clinic. Requiring lower standards of care for a certain type of surgical clinic is unsafe and risks both the health workers and patients health. I urge you to enforce the same standards for all outpatient surgery clinics in Virginia. Deric Ritchey
