All decisions by the Virginia Board of Health should be based on proven medical facts, not religious views. 

In recent years, the Board's restrictivde decisions regarding womens' health facilities have not been based on facts.  Instead, the Board appears to have catered to religious beliefs that are not shared by all.

I urge the Board to reverse the biased decisions of recent years regarding womens' health facilities, and to base future decisions on medically sound facts regarding those facilities.
