An expired ID should be considered valid for anyone voting.  Not allowing this type of ID would hurt our elder citizens who no longer drive, and they deserve to vote!  I am against the photo ID requirement in general, because photo IDs are not free and require lengthy trips to DMV office where individuals have to wait in long lines, and many citizens live in areas with no public transportation option to DMV offices that are as much as 100 miles from their homes.  Requiring photo ID is just ridiculous!
