Given that even the proposed free photo IDs available at registrars' offices have no expiration date, not including an expired valid ID as one of the acceptable forms of voter photo ID is ludicrous. We should be encouraging as many of Virginia's citizens to vote as possible, not throwing up nonsensical roadblocks.
