Please protect women by voting to have strict policies and procedures in place for their safety while having an abortion as well as enforcement of those policies. What has been permitted is absolutely appalling and disgusting. Please also vote against abortion to protect the precious lives on the pre-born when their mothers think their best chance for a hopeful future to end their own babies lives (or they are coerced into abortion). Abortion hurts women and they suffer the longest from it. Period. I work at a place that daily sees evidence of that and counsels regretful women and helps them pick up the pieces to find healing from such a hopeless, destructive, violent, regrettable, finalizing choice. Abortion is so much more prevalent than we realize and tons of women (including ones we know) are in need of healing but dont seek proper help because they are too ashamed to admit what they have done due to worrying how people would treat them if they knew about it. Life is precious and its time our country values the gift of life. Protect those who cannot protect themselves (including from themselves). Katherine Fagan
