I cannot understand how forms of identification that have no expiration date can be valid for voter ID yet an expired driver's license would not be allowed. What is the reasoning behind that. Expired driver's licenses should be a valid form of voter ID. As anyone who has been to a DMV office, getting a driver's license is no easy matter.
