Yesterday, I obtained a form to apply for a Photo ID.  Wanted to use it to convince othes to get one if they didn't have a valid photo ID.  As required information, the application includes Social Security Number (SSN) and an email address.  When I talked to my County Election Board Chairman, I did not notice the email address requirement, but he said the homeless in our County did not have to enter the SSN i they did not have one as long as they made the notation on the application that they did not.  Would this also apply to the email address entry?
