Dear Board of Health

As with any surgical procedure, abortion entails risks to  the health of the patient. The current regulations in place to protect patients are certainly "common sense" and reasonable. If hospitals and outpatient clinics are required to maintain basic standards such as keeping updated medical equipment and having procedures in place to prevent infections, why should abortion facilities be exempt? Thank you.
