The VA Dept of Elections is apparently about to review the menaing of "Valid Photo ID" as it applies to voting. My view is simple and, I contend, common sense; that is:
A "Valid Photo ID" must be issued by a governmental agency, be still current, and indicate the current address of the ID holder.
Any other interpretation makes voting subject to increased fraud.
