Regarding the concern about photo IDs being expired. The only purpose of the photo ID is to identify if the person is who they say they are. If the photo shows that it is the person then that fits the requirement. Expiration date is irrelevant. There are other things lin place to deal with fradulent voting. The photo ID is only for identification.
