This is yet another example of misdirection.  The issue this proposed regulation attempts to solve is not fraudulent voting, but instead the "wrong people" voting.  It is also another attempt to sneak in a poll tax, since state issued IDs are not free.  Put an end to the charade of fraudulent voters (which is practically nonexistent in every state of this country).
