Politically motivated voter supression

The purpose of photo identification while voting is to validate your identity.  Using photo ID's whether expired or current has been extremely successful in preventing voter fraud, as there have been zero documented cases of any kind of voter fraud.  Why is Mr. Obenshain trying to have only up-to-date ID's be accepted?  To deny certain voting demographics of our most incredible rights.  This is politically motivated voter suppression at its worst.  This is a direct hurdle to elderly, poor, and young voters who may not have a current ID for a plethora of reasons.

The photo ID Mark Obenshain proposes the Department of Elections issue have no expiration date. What's the point of not allowing expired IDs if the Department of Elections IDs have no expiration date?  Because of this, no valid identification should be rejected for having an expiration date.
Mr. Obenshain's proposed changes hurt anyone who doesn't have the luxury to take time off from work the hours the Department of Elections is issuing voting IDs.  Many elderly don't have transportation to get a valid ID. And by proposing this legislations with little time before elections, Mr. Obenshain will block many voters from voting against him.
