Notification to parents of sensitive and sexually explicit material in the schools

Reject. While "sexually explicit" material is relatively well-defined, "sensitive material" is dependent upon each individual. For example, the topic of "suicide' might be sensitive to one student or parent but not to another. And if a topic is "sensitive" to one person in the class, does that mean it cannot be discussed? To enact this there must be an ability to define in and to determine what to do if the minority of the class or parents do not want it presented.
