When writing wishes, instead of clear expectations and directives, for teachers, legal challenges will ensue.  This will cost valuable educational budget money, cause unnecessary distrations to the educational process, and damaging the important trust and partnership between students, their parents and teachers. In the end you are left with stress and frustration for all concerned as well as wasted money, time and energy, that could have been spent creating, assisting and YES... TEACHING.
