I think this has a good idea behind it, but it's going to far. The teachers do enough everyday to prepare to teach kids. They don't need to have another thing added and make there life harder and more difficult. Kids should have the option of looking over the work before hand and being able to decide if they want to read the material or not. It shouldn't be put on the teachers list of responsibility.
