The TRAP regulations are a cynical and sneaky attempt by self-righteous politicians to deny women access to necessery health care by introducing architectural red herrings into an argument that pits women's needs against the personal prejudices of holders of high office such as McDonnell and Cuccinnelli. These regulations should be rejected both for their threat to the well-being of women and their families and for the basis on which they were written. Enforcing such regulations would set a horrible precedent.
