I continue to be concerned that the new regulations  regarding abortion clinics in the Commonwealth will adversely impact women, especially those who do not reside in or near metropolitan areas or other states.  Rather than being necessary to assure women's health, these regulations are excessive and are ultimately aimed at shutting down clinics for ideological reasons.  I respectfully request that these regulations be revisited and revised to make them more reasonable.  Thank you for considering my views.  Susan Kelly
