Again, I urge the Board to reconsider implementation of the TRAP regulations. 81% of the comments submitted during the previous public comment period OPPOSED these burdensome architectural regulations.

We the people of Virginia can see that these regulations as passed have been unfairly applied and will cause financial hardship for the targeted women's health centers. We have said so repeatedly. Please represent us as you have been entrusted.  Not grandfathering existing clinics was wrong... women have a right to the services they are now losing.  Let TRAP go into full effect and see how the female voters rise up in November. 

We are equal participating members of the commonwealth and deserve to be treat as such.  Stop plyaing politics with our health.
