Regulations for the Conduct of Human Research policy has been set in place for state agencies.  A list of participants are possible govern by a point system.  The state agency went against protocol according to policy of non-stop evidence base practice of a ten year period.  The risk of mental breakdown of hospitalization of participant of Human Research is out weighted than the potential benefit to the state agency. The stress signal of bloating was very tramatic and difficult to overcome the barrier gap of hospitality.  The risk of lost of good moral standards,  financial stability, reputation of mocking, discomfort and embarrassing situation was a shame and shun to co-workers, friends, and family.  Now the authorized form that was signed by an authorized party with a witness signature to protect the rights and welfare of human research;  is like a mist in the air.  Where is my compensation in the justice system?  Where is my longevity pay?  Where is my 10 year award that I have worked so hard to gain?  Where is my stagetic plan to retire at age 60?  Where is my apology?  The sensitivity aspect of family was never considered; but the reputation of years gone by on a hypothesis of allege promiscuous lifestyle that is a reputation of a victim of sexual misconduct.
