The major issue I have with this is how and who can take care of my son if I have to go to work due to reduced hours? I have no alternative if the hours are reduced but to find another job and how can I leave him at home when he is 100% dependent on someone to take care of him? If my hours are reduced, I will need a supplemental income and that would mean I have to leave him for the hours that I would have to work outside the home. It’s not possible to leave him alone because he needs 24 care.
