I strongly oppose the termination of facilitators and replacement with insurance company brokers for lack of better word.The facilitator is instrumental in advocating for those in the program while the proposal having “brokers “ that work for the insurance companies are going to be extensions of the employers best interest. .How awful for the patients ! The facilitators were told their jobs would end Dec 31,what happens in the 3 month interim before the broker program goes into effect?Where is the patients choice ?
