My grand mother who me and (my son that receives the services) live with her 

& she is the one who is the caregiver for times I’m not able to. Or assists me with what 

is needed throughout the shift .She has always been evv extempt. These recent changes are extremely difficult for us . She is not a tech savvy person & not good with devices . Therefore 

I have to help her with that . It is extremely hard to manage the clock in and out properly on app  ,because there are times I am not home at that exact time myself to do so & she will not be able to .especially if internet connection problems or phone or system failure . She does not know how to fix this .Therefore we use the computer & input the actual hours with/for her that she has worked . We have never given any reason for there to be an issue to do things differently. Also might I add that we need our facilitators . This reason being just one prime example . People that need these services have it hard enough . Don’t you think . Why would it ever be in good interest to make it harder for those in need . This world needs to change for the better . Please learn to be part of what makes life better not worse . We have enough of that in the world already as is .
