I believe you all should do your due diligence before you blow up a system that works for us.  

Service facilitators are extermely valuable to those of us who have a loved one on a waiver. 

People receiving a waiver deserve the right to choose who they want to help manage said waiver.  

Please rethink what you are planning to do to all of the families and the service facilitators and CDCN and PPL.  I am sure you can cut the budget in other ways instead of going after the least vulnerable.
