We have been fortunate to have a great service facilitator. The personal connection and relationship that has formed is so beneficial to me and to my persons needing care.

The clocking in and out of a shift is rather cumbersome for the live in care givers. The care is provided 24/7 not in 8 hour shifts and to be penalized for not recording propelling is unreasonable.

 

 

These proposed changes are not simply administrative changes. They affect whether our loved ones can receive the assistance they need to live safely in their own homes and whether families can continue providing care without becoming overwhelmed.
