This electronic visit verification (EVV)mandate and the clunky intrusive CARE ATTEND and TIME4Care apps are a complete nightmare for full-time and live-in caregivers.We provide round the clock, exhausting,24/7 care for our loved ones who I have a son who has LGS drop attacks sezisures which come out of nowhere at any given time.. We do not need a mandatory digital leash tracking our every move and stealing our focus away from the vulnerable people who depend on us for survival. The fact that we get penalized for being just one minute late clocking out is completely ridiculous . It treats dedicated caregivers like time thieves for mico-differences in a schedule. Then, instead of spending our time on  actual care, we are forced to call the EMPLOYER of RECORD ( EOR) ,filling their day with unnecessary administrative hassle and creating mountains of extra work for them to fix a minor system glitch.Worse yet, attempting to undermine or remove trusted services facilitators like MOMS IN MOTION is,manage  completely unacceptable. These facilitators are OUR LIFELINE. They help families navigate THIS BROKEN SYSTEM navigate this broken system manage our our plans of care and keep disabled and elderly loved ones safe in their homes instead of institutions. Leave our service faciltators alone.Stop adding administrative burdens that punish family family caregivers, and start supporting the people who actually do the heavy lifting in our broken healthcare system .
