Hello - I've always wondered why the patient pay obligation has to be paid in the way it does - directly to the attendant. I personally believe this is a hassle for a variety of reasons and would like to this to be examined and/or changed to make it easier for consumer. Why isn't the consumer able to pay the Facilitating Agency, now - Brooker in the future - directly?
