I'm my 38yr old grandson primary caretaker 

I'm elderly, He requires a lot  of hands on assistance 

He is deaf,mute,incontinence been in a diaper all his life 

to propose to cut his care hrs to 56hrs ah week to take care an 

Adult in his condition. His needs don't stop at 56hrs. He requires 

a lot of hands on assistance an I'm  an elderly person an need 

constant  help with him..He would not survive outside of his fam an 

home in light of his condition in light of all the abuse that goes on 

in these faculties let's be real..I've cared for my grandson since 

the age of 4yrs old an vowed to do so until death when I first got custody 

of him as ah' child I'm now his legal guardian by the courts
