Our Services Facilitator has made a big difference in the life of our family. They have educated us about the system, advocated for needed services for my son, helped us navigate the Medicaid system, connected us with local resources that have been very helpful, and even been a personal support when life got overwhelming. Please don’t take service facilitators from us!

It’s also important to us to have a choice in service facilitators. This is America and freedom to choose which facilitator is best for our family’s needs is important to us!
