Don’t be fooled. The false cap is designed 

so that others who are not eligible due to immigration 

status can jump on a legal American Citizens Plan 

for Service Hours. You may get 56. They will get 

56. They are ‘ghost’ clients/participants splitting

your loved ones’ rightful benefits. Unless you are 

‘special’ to ‘the system’ you may get someone else

jumping on your child’s/loved one’s plan of care as a child

relationship to YOUR Loved One, The Primary, or

Parent Relationship. I literally quit my job, to be a whistleblower 

on this because this kind of fraud I saw was/is disgusting.
