The system in place for the facilitators is working fine. I don’t see a need to change anything. I can’t understand why the fact that everything is going along great someone wants to upset the 

As far as having live in case workers to ensure that their family members receive the best care please don’t change that. I feel better about my son getting the things he needs and deserves by me being his case worker versus having a complete stranger who knows nothing about him try to fill the gap.
