There have been so many failures at the hands of so many SF’s that this will be a good plan. Whenever a SF doesn’t enter their documentation in a timely manner they never have to deal with the consequences, it’s always the actual paid attendant. There are regularly cases that SF are twenty days late to enter their documentation. 20 days late is someone’s rent! And it has always been like this. Changing this model will actually allow families more CHOICE then just moms in motion or toddlers to grandparents.
