Service Facilitators are in the homes monthly.  They see and hear the people they work for.  They ensure they are cared for, safe and that services are being utilized the way they should be.  They are there to answer questions when needed.  Why would anyone want to take that away?!  How can anyone be sure attendants are actually doing their jobs when no one is even checking in face to face at least once a month and developing a relationship with the clients?!?!
