I fully support and reiterate the concerns raised by the Arc of Northern Virginia regarding proposed changes to the Virginia Waiver system.  DMAS is not providing an data or coherent rationale for these proposed changes, and has a bad track record when it comes to implementing changes, leaving families already managing caregiving to spend hours navigating new processes with insufficient information.
