I was enrolled as EOR 9/5 by my facilitator through PPL.  She sat in our home for over two hours helping us complete our enrollment.  I received an email from my enrollment specialist saying she would be supporting us through the process.  I have emailed her multiple times and called her and still have not heard back from her.  How are these people going to be responsible for our facilitation?  My facilitator and accepted multiple text phone calls and helped me and my attendant far more than she is being paid.  If it wasn’t for her we would have given up on the process.  Please to put our services in the hands of people that can’t even return a call
