My name is Marisa C. Brown. I live in Vienna, VA and my son is a HCBS waiver recipient. I support the comments submitted by the Arc of Northern Virginia. 

It is particularly important to not add unnecessary administrative burdens to the family members who are caring for and supporting their sons and daughters who live in their family home. Imagine if they had to surrender this responsibility to the Commonwealth. There would not be the service agencies or staff available.
