As the mom of 2 adult daughters with disabilities, one of whom needs 24/7/365 care, I 100% support the Arc of NOVA's comments and respectfully request changes to Medicaid carefully consider those comments.  The Disability community is the only one that EVERY ONE OF US CAN JOIN AT ANY TIME.  Please consider that when you are considering cutting support to our most vulnerable citizens.
