I am John D. Berman, and the father of a special needs adult. I am writing to voice my support for comments made by The Arc concerning potential changes on the waiver process, and am frankly horrified that special needs individuals and other vulnerable populations are under attack. This is absolutely un-American, and I am condident that voters will make their voices heard at the ballot box if any support for special needs communities is compromised.
