The SF is an extremely critical and functional part of the programs. My SF is my lifeline to knowing what is currently happening and more importantly what is in the pipeline for changes and explains exactly how we are affected. I have learned more from my SF that any type of training provided by the fiscal agents, DMAS and/or MCOs. They are the most knowledgeable and experienced individuals for all parts of the programs, even those pieces that are not directly under their responsibility. This change would severely harm the programs and processes.
